黄永箴,研究员,博士生导师,于1983 年、1986 年和1989 年在北京大学物理系获得学士、硕士和博士学位,1989 年进入中科院半导体研究所工作。中科院半导体所光电子研发中心主任,集成光电子学国家重点联合实验室学术委员会主任,中科院半导体所学术委员会副主任。 获得2002年国家杰出青年科学基金,重点研究光学微腔的模式特性并研制微腔激光器。过去几年系统研究了适于光子集成的定向输出微腔半导体激光器,在国际上率先研究得出正三角形和正方形光学微腔的模式解析场分布,并研制出正三角形和正方形光学微腔半导体激光器,以及带输出波导的圆形微腔半导体激光器。正方形光学微腔半导体激光器入选《激光与光电子学进展》的2008'中国光学重要成果。获得2005年中科院优秀研究生指导教师奖,2006年中科院研究生院优秀教师,2007 年中科院优秀研究生指导教师奖,和2008 年中科院宝洁优秀研究生导师奖,并获得2008年中科院半导体所优秀科研成果奖。所培养的博士获得三次中科院院长优秀奖,两次中科院优秀博士论文,和一次全国百篇优秀博士论文。2007-2009年连续三年在北京、东京、及柏林举办的国际纳光电子学研讨会就微腔激光器研究做邀请报告,并多次在其它国际学术会议上做分组邀请报告。
